Scheduled Payment Policy

  1. Agency should have updated documents (NID) and mail it to revenue@taketrip.com

  2. No Scheduled Payment for non-refundable ticket.

  3. No schedule payment for LCC carrier.

  4. All refundable ticket is available for schedule payment.

  5. If ticket is booked on portal, commission is as per system.

  6. Agency must have minimum schedule payment amount of the ticket in their Balance.

  7. If the agency fails to pay the due amount on time, TakeTrip authority has the right to refund the ticket without any notification.

  8. If any agency has any queries about payment, they can directly contact with their key account manager.

  9. 1,000 BDT charge for Scheduled payment refund and void only if they don’t adjust the due amount and 200 BDT Charge for Void after full adjustment.

  10. Refund will be done as before including airlines charge & additional charges.

  11. Payment Slab:

    • - If flight within 0-6 Days (No schedule payment)

    • - If flight within 7-10 Days (must be paid within 3 days)

    • - If flight within 11-15 days (must be paid within 7 days)

    • - If flight within 15 days or later (must be paid within 10 days)

  12. For Reissue, Full amount should be adjusted/paid before requesting.
